Getting to Know rilex77
Rilex77 was founded with a straightforward goal: to deliver a safe, fair, and enjoyable online entertainment experience for Malaysians. From progressive slots to live dealer baccarat, football betting, and virtual sports — all in one platform built specifically for you.
✓ Licensed & regulated ✓ 256-bit SSL ✓ 24/7 support in Bahasa Melayu
Rilex77 is more than just a platform name — it's the result of dedicated work by a team that truly understands what Malaysian online entertainment players are looking for. We started this journey in 2018 with a straightforward premise: if you want to enjoy casino games or bet on football matches, you deserve an experience that's safe, seamless and rewarding — without having to worry about the security of your money or the fairness of the games.
Seven years on, rilex77 has grown into one of Malaysia's most trusted online entertainment platforms, with over 500,000 registered members spanning Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. We have weathered many challenges and continued to grow — not through heavy marketing spend, but because satisfied players keep coming back and introducing rilex77 to their friends.
The rilex77 team comprises over 200 people working across technology, customer service, data security, and product development. The majority are Malaysians who understand the needs and expectations of local players — from Bahasa Melayu interface options to support for local payment methods such as DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay.
The platform launched with 200 slot games and a single live baccarat table. Within the first week of operation, membership reached 1,000 players.
Rilex77 introduced live football betting markets covering the EPL, UEFA Champions League and Liga Super Malaysia, along with its first virtual sports offering running on a 3-minute frequency.
Full integration of DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost and ShopeePay — the first in the local industry to support all five major Malaysian e-wallets simultaneously.
Rilex77 reached 100,000 registered members and launched its first progressive jackpot slots with a prize pool exceeding MYR 1 million for the very first time.
Rilex77 now operates with over 500,000 active members, 2,400+ game titles, 60+ live baccarat tables and 12 virtual sports running 24/7 without interruption.
Three core pillars that guide every decision we make at rilex77 — from product design to how we treat our members.

To become Southeast Asia's number one online entertainment platform by 2030 — while maintaining our commitment to transparency, fair play, and an unrivalled user experience. We believe sustainable long-term growth can only be achieved by building genuine trust with every rilex77 member.
Transparency in every aspect of our operations — from game rules to promotion terms. Member data security is our number one priority. Social responsibility through our responsible gaming programs. And always listening to member feedback for the continuous improvement of the rilex77 platform.
Not just promises — these are real commitments we prove every day to our 500,000+ members.

We are fully compliant with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) Malaysia, and your data is never shared with third parties without your consent.
SSL 256-bit · PDPA CompliantEvery game on rilex77 — from jackpot slots to virtual sports — uses an RNG (Random Number Generator) that has been independently audited by qualified third-party bodies. The RTP (Return to Player) for every game is clearly published. No game can be manipulated — all outcomes depend on genuinely random chance.

We communicate in Bahasa Melayu, understand the Malaysian context, and can assist you with any account, deposit, withdrawal, or game-related query quickly and efficiently.
24/7 · Bahasa Melayu · Live ChatRilex77 takes a different approach to promotions — every bonus and offer is written with clear, easy-to-understand terms and no surprise hidden conditions. Weekly cashback with just 1x rollover, football rebates with no rollover, and deposit bonuses with fair requirements. What you read is exactly what you get.
Clear Terms · Low RolloverIn an increasingly crowded online entertainment space filled with platforms from all corners of the globe, rilex77 takes a clear stance — we are a platform built for Malaysia, by people who truly understand Malaysia. This is not just a marketing tagline. It shows in every aspect of how we operate.
Take language as a simple example. Most online entertainment platforms operating in Malaysia run entirely in English or another language. Rilex77 prioritises Bahasa Melayu across every touchpoint — from the main interface and account notifications to customer support and terms & conditions documents. We believe that if you're betting with your own money, you deserve to understand everything in the language you're most comfortable with.
When it comes to games, the selection at rilex77 is built around what Malaysian players actually enjoy. Baccarat tops the popularity charts — and we have over 60 live baccarat tables running simultaneously across multiple variants. Football is the heartbeat of Malaysian sports — and we cover markets for the EPL, Champions League, Malaysia Super League, and over 40 other leagues. Progressive jackpot slots with prizes of up to RM1 million draw in those who dare to dream big.
Social responsibility is also central to how rilex77 operates. Every member account comes with deposit limit tools — you can set daily, weekly, or monthly limits to keep your entertainment activity within bounds. We also offer a voluntary account pause program, where you can request a temporary break from your account whenever you feel you need one. Not many platforms actively offer this — rilex77 does it because we believe responsible gaming is not optional, it is an obligation.
We are also proud of rilex77's security track record. In seven years of operation, not a single member data breach incident has been reported. Our technology infrastructure runs on enterprise-grade servers with redundant backups, industry-standard firewalls, and round-the-clock security monitoring. This is a significant investment — and one we are fully committed to making in order to maintain the trust of our members.
Rilex77 fully complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Your personal data — including your phone number, banking details, and game history — is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Rilex77 believes online entertainment should remain just that — entertainment, not financial stress or addiction. That is why we actively invest in responsible gaming programs that go well beyond the minimum standards the industry requires.
Every rilex77 account comes built-in with deposit limit tools that you can configure yourself based on your own budget — daily, weekly, or monthly limits. Once a limit is reached, our system will automatically block any further deposits until the limit period resets. This is not something you need to request — it is available by default and can be activated at any time from your account settings.
We also offer a voluntary account pause programme — if you feel you need a break from gaming, you can pause your rilex77 account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During the pause period, your account will be inaccessible for any betting activity. This is a tool we provide not to restrict you — but to help you stay in control.
Read the Responsible Gaming PolicyReal experiences from the rilex77 member community — players who have been with us across every stage of the platform's journey.
"I've played on several other platforms before, but rilex77 is genuinely different when it comes to trustworthiness. The 3-minute payout isn't just a marketing slogan — I've tested it myself multiple times and it holds up every time. And the fact that their customer service team speaks Malay is what I appreciate most."
"What has kept me with rilex77 since 2020 is their transparency. Bonus terms are clear, RTP is published, and there are no sudden rule changes. In this industry, it is genuinely hard to find a platform that stays this consistent. Plus DuitNow makes topping up incredibly easy."
"I really appreciate how rilex77 handles responsible gaming. The deposit limits I can set myself have been a huge help in keeping my finances in check. Not many platforms take this seriously. It shows they genuinely care about their members, not just the bottom line."
